Week 3 Baby plans (CHAPTER 10/PT. 1)

Finns POV:

I wake up to moving in the bed. What is he doing? I turn over and see him still asleep but having discomfort? He keeps twisting and turning around.

"Shrimpo?" I nuddged him. His eyes open.

"I can't sleep, and I feel like throwing up." I quickly shuffle outta bed and brought a trash can to him. "Thanks."

"Of course." After his barfing session, I exchanged his trash can with the ones in the hallway. I sat next to Shrimpo.

"You know we should probably fix our rooms to be baby proof." I tilt my head, confused? Or shocked? Where did this idea come from?

"Okay, but shouldn't we just choose who's room they'll stay in?" I recommend.

"They're staying in your room. My room has too many holes in the walls." I looked around now, noticing.

"Oh.. whale should I get the materials?"

"You can get them from wait. Did you say whale?" I chuckled, shrimpos annoyed expression was amusing."Sigh* you can get the materials from Teagan."

"Cod it, you stay here and relax." I quietly left his room and ran straight to Teagan. I knocked, and my palms started to sweat. I wanted to show Shrimpo that I'm going to be the best I can be. The door cracks open, and a teacup with a sleeping mask peeks out.

"You interrupted my sleep. What do you want?"she growled.

"Oh, I wanted to ask if you had any, uhh-" I stuttered, Teagan is inpatient.

"If I had any what?"

"If you had any materials to baby proof my room." Teagan throws her sleeping mask.

"So you're the father?" Shocked.

"Uhhh, I-I uhhh, I guess." That was awkward.

"Come in, is Shrimpo around?"

"Nope, he barely got any sleep, so he's resting right now." I walk in and see corners and outlets covered up. Teagan passes me a cup of tea and sits me at a small table.

"My only question is, how?" She asks

"Uhhh, how what?"

"Ugh, how in the world did you get Shrimpo pregnant? Out of all the toons you got with, why Shrimpo?"

"It's a long story, but can we get to the part where you tell how I can baby proof my room?" I sighed.

"Sure, but someday you gotta tell me how. Follow me." Teagan got up and leads me down the hallway, far from the rooms.

"Uhh, where are we going?" I didn't recognize this hall.

"Get in the elevator." She demanded. I compiled. "We're heading down to the warehouse." That dusty old floor? "Rodger told me this is where they kept daycare supplies, and he was right."

The elevator opens, darkness.

"Ugh, Dandy seriously needs to pay them bills," Teagan scoffed. "Just follow me."

Teagan grabbed my wrist and dragged me into the dark. We traveled far into the back part of the warehouse.

"Okay, I think this is where I got it from.. Finn, you stay right here, I'll be right back." Teagan, let's go of my hand and disappear into the abyss, I stood there waiting for something.

I hear her dragging something from the back
