Ch 91

He is not intimidated by me, I gave him no reason to be. I may have only given him subtle threats, but I know for sure he picked up on them. 

Honestly, you shouldn't underestimate me because I don't want to fight you. I am in a weakened state, I have said this multiple times. This doesn't count. 

Aww man, now I'm whining. Look what you did Obito! 

I have all my things though, that's the silver lining. But still, I'm too mentally exhausted to be here. 

My seals were laid out on the ground as I got ready to show how much my experiments have matured. It isn't to where I would say it is a masterpiece, but it definitely isn't nothing. I am still alive to say so. 

As I am getting everything ready, those three are having a lovely conversation about myself, right behind me. I can hear everything, and they know it. They just don't care. 

"Madara, you have explained this before. But this girl, how did you find her?" 

Pain was asking questions about me, right in front of me. I might kill Nagato for this. Does no one think this is rude? Or at least weird? 

No, just me? 

Ok. 

"Just as the child had described, I encountered her during the Uchiha massacre. She had a barrier jutsu in place, and Itachi was struggling to breach it." 

Madara explained nonchalantly, like the Uchiha massacre was just a Tuesday afternoon. This man is numb to the feeling. 

"Itachi, huh? That's surprising." Konan commented. 

It really was, he was trying to kill me quite aggressively in my eyes. Wouldn't take me breathing any longer than necessary. He looked desperate, and in a hurry. 

"It was. But I needed to verify if that little girl had truly created something formidable." 

Yes, you needed to check, Madara. That's a way to say, 'I needed to see if Itachi was just playing with his food'. 

My guy, he wasn't. And I know both of you wanted my life, but I live. I breathe. And I dance on both your graves. 

In my mind of course. 

"And how was it?" Pain was also nonchalant when speaking but my attempted murder. 

People, why are you speaking like you just asked someone about a movie they watched? The victim is right in front of you. 

I am right here!! 

"It was decent. One punch shattered the initial layers, but it reverted to its original form after a few moments. Had I genuinely tried, she wouldn't have stood a chance." 

Madara, I will say this one more time. 

I. Am. Right. Here. Stop undermining my accomplishments. Did you do something never seen before... 

Let me reword that. Did you experiment with chakra to degrees never seen before? I don't think so! 

"Still, for a child no older than an academy student, it was quite impressive." 

...I forgive you. I got a compliment! 

I don't think this man compliments people, like ever. It was after his very much rude words but I'll take it. Being complimented by your almost murder feels as odd as you think it feels. 

"I'm done," I speak up like I wasn't here the whole time. Also acting nonchalant like I didn't hear every single word you all spoke. 

They crowded around me as I started to unseal the chakra I was keeping. While I didn't know if it wasn't dangerous to touch or anything, I gave them a warning just in case. 

"This is still a mystery to me, so please don't touch anything. Well, unless you want to give me your chakra and become another experiment." 

Honestly, I was kind of hoping they did. It would help me, plus they can handle it. 

I picked up a seal and put it over the other seal on the ground. I need better names from them. 

Welp, next chapter. 

Then, I released it. And it became a mini explosion as all the fire chakra was sucked up into the seal on the ground. Then it morphed into a ball spiral of chakra, spinning around until disturbed. 

I let out a quiet sigh in relief, it worked. 

"Ah, interesting indeed." Madara knelt down beside me to get a better look at it. 

"And it stayed, how did you accomplish such feats?" 

Good, this is very good. I want him engrossed in my experiments so he will keep me alive. He might even like it so much that he'll sponsor me. Doubt it, but a girl can dream. 

"It was like my barrier way back when, it was seal upon seal with more seals. I don't know why but I know how to make layered sealing without it getting mixed up or destroying each other." 

Applying each seal is actually something I do know how to do, you have to add something in between each seal. It's like a chakra transfer, it's what I use to make my chakra baths. 

Sometimes the answer to everything is simple. 

Madara only hummed in aknowledgement. I could see he didn't believe me, but that was probably not a problem at the moment. Good enough for me. 

"Can other elemental chakras be used?" 

Finally Madara, an actual good question. I seal the fire chakra away as I start anew. 

"Madara, there are two ways that I know of. First," I make a small flame on my finger and move my hand over the seal. The seal immediately activates and the flame is stolen from me and goes into a spiral. 

"You make it yourself, the other version is a little more interesting." I open the other seal and it takes the fire chakra, leaving it barren. 

"Madara, will you put chakra in the seal? Just pure chakra, no elements." 

Come on, do it. 

Why refuse my innocent request. 

Madara stared at me for a moment, before raising his hand to the seal. It didn't do anything for a moment before collecting his chakra. 

It was like a blue stream coming from his hand and becoming a spiral on the seal. After a few seconds, Madara removed his hand. 

"What next?" He asked. 

He seemed to have begrudgingly agreed to humour me. Not that I mind. 

"The most important part," I go into my bag and take out my water bottle. 

"Chakra is very sensitive, if it comes into contact with anything, it will destroy or devour." I put a bit of water on my hand and raised it over the chakra spiral. 

"Let's see how it will react to yours." 

A/n The best and worst part about Ishi's chakra experiments is that I have to make them apply to the Naruto world and then add my own twist. There are rules and I know you guys most likely don't care about the little details and stuff but if I don't do it I will be up for days. Enjoy~
