Ch 20

I frowned at Naruto's apartment. This brat has no cleaning habits, if not any. While it is a decently sized apartment, who thinks a 5 year old is going to keep it nice and tidy. 

Not me, and I was right. 

I went in through an open window because the kid knows to at least lock the door. And it was just trash everywhere. Like this kid hasn't cleaned since he moved in. I groaned, I don't like cleaning. But it's for Naruto. 

I put everything in trash bags and threw it out. There was literally nothing valuable on the floor, it was straight up trash. 

I went to Naruto's room and found he was still sleeping. I look at the time and sigh, this kid should be getting up for the academy soon. I went to his kitchen and saw that there was expired milk and a bunch of instant ramen. 

So his unhealthy eating habits started young. 

I threw the milk away and went back out to buy some actual food. Coming back to his house, I found Naruto still sleeping. His blanket was on the floor and his pillows were everywhere. 

That's the only way to sleep, the right way. 

I opened the window and picked everything up off the floor. Naruto was still fast asleep so I did the only way I knew how to wake him up. I put Miso soup in front of him, and let him only smell it. 

And instantly he woke up. 

But when he saw me he jumped off his bed in fright. "Hey! Shishi?! What are you doing here?!" He yelled, I sighed "no yelling Naruto." He put his hands over his mouth "oh, sorry" he whispered with a goofy smile. 

I smiled and opened my arms, inviting him for a hug. He didn't even think twice as he jumped into my arms. "Shishi" he sighed, relaxing into my touch. I softly patted his back as he continued to hug me. 

But then he suddenly jumped up, like he just remembered something. "Um, Shishi?" he timidly asked, "could I ask you a favor?" I nodded with a smile, "yes you can Naruto." 

He smiled a little more, seeming more confident. "I'm having a teacher conference after school, and I want you to be my 'guardian' for it" I stared in shock before I smiled brightly. 

Naruto thinks of me as his guardian? That's so cute! 

"Yes, I will be there" I patted his head, Naruto smiled and hugged me again. But before I could hug back he took the miso soup and started eating it. 

Eating it? No, he inhaled it. 

That soup was gone within 2 minutes. I looked at Naruto confused, how can he do that? Naruto quickly got ready for school and waved goodbye to me as we left his house. 

I waved as well and went home. I need to prepare. This is a teacher conference with me as Naruto's 'guardian', this is important. 

//Time//skip//the//end//of//the//academy// 

I wait outside as all the kids greet their parents outside the academy. I get a few curious glances from everyone as I wait outside. No one knows who I am. 

Except, "Shishi!" I smiled as Naruto came running and hugged my leg, "I'm so glad you came! But why do you look like that?" I chuckled as I picked Naruto up. 

I smirked "I did the transformation technique and made myself appear 18 years old." Naruto nodded, "that's so cool!" 

Naruto hugged me again and as I patted his back, I heard the whispers. 

"Who is she?" 

"Does she know that it is the Nine Tailed fox?" 

"Is she mad?" 

"Should we tell her?" 

"Maybe she is one too" 

I rolled my eyes and continued to hug Naruto. He hugged me tightly and I knew he heard it too. "Naruto, don't listen to them" I walked inside the building and sat down on a bench. 

"Do you know when we should go in?" I ask, I didn't know that much about what's happening today, but I still asked around. "3:30 pm" he mumbled, I looked at the time and saw that it was 3:15 pm. I nodded and stood up with Naruto still in my arms and walked to where the conference was. 

There was some kid that I didn't know already there, "hello, what time do you guys have?" I politely asked, he smiled and said "it's 3:45 pm-" she stopped mid sentence. She saw that I was holding Naruto and she put her kid behind her. 

I scoffed "rude," I went in front of her, as I was before her. At 3:28 the door opened and the kid before us walked out, it was Sasuke and his dad. 

I turned my face away from Fugaku but it seemed he still recognized me. "Ishi, tell your mother that we should talk" I looked him in the eyes a little surprised but regardless nodded at his words. 

"Naruto Uzumaki" I hear from inside the room, I walk inside and try to put Naruto down but he doesn't let go. I sighed, "Naruto, I will be beside you" he pouted but let go. I walked in holding hands with him instead. 

There was this guy that I didn't know and a young Iruka in the room. They both seemed shocked that Naruto came in with an adult. "You're not his guardian" the guy said accusingly, I smiled politely "today I am." The guy rolled his eyes, "just sit down" it seemed he didn't want to argue. 

I sat down with Naruto and crossed my legs. I put on a professional and serious look, I won't be disrespected here. 

Not by that guy. 

"So, we are going to go over Naruto's grades and his classroom attitude" I nodded and looked beside me at Naruto. "Sit up Naruto" I softly said he was slouching and I didn't want those guys to have a reason to be rude. Naruto nodded to me and sat up. Sitting like a gentleman. 

See people, I can be a good influence. 

Iruka watched curiously as the other guy rolled his eyes. 

That guy is officially on my shit list. 

"What is your name, good sir?" I politely asked. The guy hummed and looked me up and down, "you can call me Shiro Akahana." Ohhhh, this guy is a creep. And he probably picks favourites. I nodded, making a mental note. "And may I know your name, pretty lady?" I frowned, this jutsu is too good. 

I may look 18, but this guy must be 40. 

"You may not" I leaned back "we are here for Naruto, not me. So I should expect professional and respectful behaviour for someone who works with kids." Shiro scowled "how dare you! I have been doing this for decades. I am respected in this community." 

I calmly smile and turn to young Iruka, "can you read out Naruto's reports." Iruka slowly nodded his head as Shiro got more mad, "I am the one who-" 

"Shush now, the adults are speaking" I turn back to Iruka, "read it out." 

Iruka nodded and started "for ninjutsu Naruto has an F." I slowly turned to Naruto as he gave me a sheepish smile. 

"For taijutsu Naruto had a B" I softly patted his hair, that's good. 

"For Genjutsu, F" I sighed, already two Fs. 

"For cooperation, F" I rolled my eyes "Naruto, cooperate in class." 

Iruka looked at Shiro who was looking pissed but kept silent. "Don't look at him, look at me. I'm the one who's listening" Iruka nodded "yes ma'am." 

He cleared his throat "for positivity, A" I chuckled, Naruto's always positive. 

"And lastly, class attitude, F" I sighed, "Naruto that's four Fs" he looked down like he was getting scolded. And I didn't like it. 

"But you did have a B and an A, so good job" I patted his head as he smiled brightly. Iruka still looked a little timid in my presence, "kid, is this your first year as a teacher?" Iruka nodded his head "I'm an assistant, I'm only 16" I nodded with a warm smile "have more confidence, you're doing great." 

Iruka smiled as well, seeming less timid than before. Shiro just scoffed "he's an assistant, he still needs more work" he then glared at me "and Naruto, he needs to fix that poor behaviour and attitude of his. If it continues he's never going to amount to anything." He crossed his arms with a smug look. 

I glare at him "we are done here" I take Naruto's hand and walk out of there. 

I pick Naruto up and walk him to Ichiraku ramen. "Stay here for a bit, have some ramen. It's on me" Naruto nodded, "what are you going to do Shishi?" I smiled "I'm going to fix a problem." 

//Time//skip//5//minutes// 

I slammed open the door and walked up to the Hokage. I wasn't able to get that close because I had Anbu surrounding me. 

I raised my hands, "not a threat, just pissed." 

Lord 3rd looked at me before he chuckled softly "it's fine, she's not a threat" the Anbu lowered their Kunai's and went back to where they were hidden. 

"So what is it you need, Ishi Uchiha?" He smirked, I narrowed my eyes "I have a complaint." Lord 3rd nodded "is it about Shiro Akahana?" I frowned "so you know." He sighed "he was a great teacher back in his prime, but now he's an old-" 

"Prick" I interrupted. 

Lord 3rd chuckled "yes." I crossed my arms "so are you going to do anything about it?" Lord 3rd nodded, "yes, he will be gone by next month. We just wanted Iruka Umino to get used to his position first." 

I nodded "and please fire that perv Shiro painfully. He's an asshole." Lord 3rd just chuckled "you're getting very strong just by yourself. Imagine if you went to the academy." 

I shook my head and released the transformation technique, I'm back to being 8. "No thank you, I'm ok" I bowed my head in respect and left his office. 

Let's go hang out with Naruto!
