nico pov

I walked into Ollivanders to find that no one was there, So after some thought, i decided to ring the bell on the desk.

As soon as I wrang the bell, and old dude with white hair popped up from out behind the desk.

Wtf

He started to talk "ah, mr Di Angelo" he continued "I have awaited your arrival"

I looked at him un easily

"My father said you have made me a wand? "

His eyed widened

"Yes, now if only I could find it"

He said whike rummaging through some boxes

He laughed as he pulled out a slim black box

"Here she is" he cooed

She? I thought to myself

Can wands have a gender?

Before i could go more into that thought, the old man handed me a black stick

"Here you go, try this one out"

As soon as I grabbed the wand I felt a surge of power course through my body

He smilled

"This wand was made from a weeping willow tree in the underworld, its core is a thestral hair, and it was soaked in the river styx." Ollivander explained

I smiled

"How much? I asked

He thought for a moment

"Its on the house, I havent had a demigod come in this shop for at least 200 years."

My eyes widened in suprise

"Excuse me?"

He smiled

" of course, im a demigod myself"

"Who is your- I was cut off

"Hecate" he said while grinning

I nodded

"I have to get going"

Ollivander smiled " and Nico"

I turned around

"Be safe" his eyes filled with worry

I nodded and walked out the door

As I was walking around I decided to go into the pet store

As I walked in I saw a ton of owls, some cats, toads, rats, and tons of other little creatures

I walked over to the owls and saw a couple that looked okay, except for the fact that they all hated me.

How rude.

I ended up getting one, and he was all black, with grey eyes.

I named him Oliver.

AN- SWITCHING READING POV---------------------------------

After paying for the owl, and some things for it, he left the store.

He struggled up the hill, attempting to cary all the bags, without falling on his ass.

Eventually, he reached the manor, and threw everything on the floor, with the exception of the owl, who proceeded to fly off to somewhere in the house.

He jumped onto the bed, face first, and fell asleep.
