To thus encourage the completion of good fanfictions, readers: comment, vote, share etc.

It's perfectly fine for protagonists to have strange names if you're trying to give the story a comic element. Example: In Let it Snow, Maureen Johnson's protagonist's name was Jubilee.

You can't have the Red Wedding just not happening in Game of Thrones because you have a crush on Robb Stark, okay?

Medieval twists on band fanfictions are generally terrible.
