Chapter two

"Haerin!" I almost fall of my seat jumping from surprise as someone calls my name for the first time in months

"Uh yeah" I get up and leave my room to see my mum standing in front of me

"You're moving school, tomorrow" She opens the fridge and takes out one of her smoothies

"W-what?" I question walking up to her

"Me and your father found a better school for you a few weeks ago and we decided to move you, we haven't had time to tell you"

It feels like a weight has been lifted off my chest, it feels like I'm getting a second chance at life

First, that guy stopping me from jumping tonight and now moving schools?

It really is a second chance

"What's this?" She reaches for my note which I forgot to move but I snap it off her, "it's nothing" I shove it into my jacket pocket

"Okay well here is your uniform" She hands me clothes, "I'm off to work again, the driver will take you in the morning" She grabs her keys and she's out the door without another word

I take the uniform into my room and try it on

The tight white shirt hugs around my small waist, the grey, white and baby pink, pleated and checkered skirt falls right on the middle of my thigh, and the shirt falls on top of it, the baby pink and white tie hangs loosely around my neck, the ankle socks with frills at the top peak out of my white converse which have blood stains on them

I stare at myself in the mirror, it's nice, so different to my last uniform which was all black and had a blazer, this one doesn't

But I'm glad, I hated the blazer, it was so uncomfortable and was ripped as well because of Nari

I get undressed and fold up my uniform neatly and place it on my chest of drawers as I get changed into a big fitting shirt and loose shorts

I go over to my computer and search up the name of the school Dream high

I look at the building, the classes and look at pictures of everything, the sports teams, photography clubs

My eyes start to faintly close, suggesting that I'm in need of sleep, I close my laptop, fall into my bed and switch off my lamp

Worrying about tomorrow

Will it be different?

Will I get bullied again?

Will I make any friends?

Will anyone recognise me from the videos?

Are the students nice?

I follow my home room teacher into my class, class 3, she tells the students to be quiet as they are all chattering and in conversations

I look up at her as she introduces me, "This is Kim Haerin, she's new here and I would like for you all to make her feel welcome"

"Go on" She looks at me for me to introduce myself even though she has already done that part, I look at all the students nervously before speaking up

"Hi, I'm Haerin—" My eyes lay on a face that I can never forget

The faded pink hair, the eyebrow piercing glistening in the light and his doe eyes staring straight into mine

Its him

"Haerin?" My home room teacher grabs my attention and I turn to her clearing my throat before speaking again

"I hope to- uhm get to know you all" Is all I can say as my eyes are still stuck on him, "You can take a seat beside Park Jiwon, she's the class president" Then a girl stands up smiling at me as he points to the seat beside her

Her deep black wavy hair falling perfectly around her face, her deep brown eyes filled with perfection staring right at me

I smile slightly before rushing to my seat and sitting down, "I'm Jiwon" The girl softly introduces and I turn to her to see a smile on her face

"Haerin" I smile slightly

"Let's have lunch together, I can give you all the dets on everyone here" She offers, "I'd like that" I accept as the home room teacher begins reading out announcements

I can't help but look back at him and he's in a conversation with another guy but his eyes are focused on me the entire time, staring at me with confusion but also a hint of anger

I quickly whip my head to the front and pay full attention to the home room teacher but I can still feel his eyes burning into the back of my skull

"Who's that one?" I ask Jiwon, pointing to the one from last night, he's in a group with six other people all talking and laughing

"Well that is what everyone calls the dream team" She begins

"That one there with the Oreo hair as everyone likes to call it, is Ni-Ki, he's on the hockey team and he has never been in a relationship, hard to believe because he's kinda cute"

"That one is called Sunoo, he's like the innocent one of the group, he's cute, I used to crush on him"

"The one with glasses is Jake, he was born in Australia but moved here, he's dating the popular girl, Ha-Yeon, they've been dating for years"

"The one with black hair and curtain bangs in my twin brother, Jay, he's a complete douche bag, but he's my brother so I have to love him"

"The one with the thick eyebrows and headphones around his neck is Sunghoon, I used to date him which pissed of Jay but we grew apart, I miss him" She admits

"The one with the blonde hair is Jungwon, I've always liked him, he's my favourite of all of them, he's always around my house and is so nice to me"

"And that one in the middle with the pink hair..." She finally gets to the one I was most interested about

"That's Lee Heeseung, Dream High's bad boy, he always has a girl on his arm, sometimes two, he never follows the rules and has a detention basically every day of the week, but somehow he's never gotten expelled"

"Everyone thinks it's because his parents are rich but Jay has never said anything about why he's still here, I mean he would've gotten expelled in the first month"

"But he's my least favourite, he's always so rude when he comes over to mine for Jay, his ego is through the roof and every girl loves him, which feeds into it"

"He's the captain of the hockey team"

"We do not like him" She chuckles looking back at me

"And that's the dream team for you"

Finally guys a proper introduction to our beloved Heeseung
