Jungkook's POV

I asked hyung last night if I could date Christine, but he said I have to wait. I don't mind. As long as hyung acknowledges me as a suitor, he knows my sincere intentions towards her beloved sister.

Why though? I should have asked abit later but I guess I couldn't wait any longer. Not when she pointed out something I never really wanted to hear.

I'm still not yet your girlfriend.

I remember her tone.. Her voice.. Her eyes when she said that. She looked pained. She wanted to complain but she stopped herself because she wasn't my girlfriend. Not yet that is. But my girlfriend or not, she's still the one I'm crazy about. Maybe my actions are just not showing it?

"Are you still mad at me?" I asked her as we were approaching the gates.

"I don't have the right to." she said not bothering to look at me.

"You do." I stopped her from her tracks as I pulled her hand.

"What are you saying" she said as if I was going crazy.

That's right. I'm crazy for you.

"You have the right to because you own me. You've got control over me, can't you see?" I asked

"Nope. I can't." She shrugged and let go of my hand before she continued walking towards the school

"Yaaaah!" I said as I ran after her to catch up with her but she ran away making me chase her to school.

"Caught ya~" I said after catching her in my arms before she got near her locker as I tried to catch my breath.

"Damn you long legs!" She said giggling.

"Early in the morning and you're so sweet." Kai sunbae said from behind us and made me let go of her.

"You were here?" She asked fixing her hair.

Tsk. What's this? You fix yourself infront of Kai sunbae?

Wait why am I acting jealous like I'm the boyfriend? Not yet Jungkook. Not yet. Aish! Is this how I make her feel?!

"Yeah. You ignored me. I should be mad at you actually." He said shrugging.

"What do you mean?" She asked hitting his arm softly.

"I was waiting for you outside your house. But you didn't even notice me. Is it because you already have him?" Kai sunbae pointed at me pouting.

Christine's eyes just grew wide when a smirk formed in his lips as if he was teasing her with an inside joke only they know.

"Aish. Don't talk to me." She said storming off to our classroom. I bowed and was about to follow Christine when Kai sunbae stopped me by extending his arm, stopping me from my tracks.

"Take care of her. You're the first." He said looking at Christine with one hand in his pocket as the other was still against my chest.

"First?" I asked confused

"You're the first person she ever liked." He said smiling at me.

"Make her cry and I'll haunt you down." He said with a smile. It gave me chills. Christine has alot of knights who protects him.

"Arrasso. What if she makes me cry?" I asked as I smiled towards the direction Christine was walking on.

"Then I'll treat her to something nice." He chuckled.

"But Kai sunbaeeee~" I pouted and he messed with my hair.

"Kidding kiddo. Well goodluck on your exams! Oh and don't be shy to call me hyung." He smiled at me and I returned it as I bowed to him

"Goodluck on your exams too hyung!" I said and he just waved back to me. .........

Christine's POV

I told Sungmi about me and Jungkook having these feelings and how it happened but stopped when he came into the classroom.

As usual he was being fangirled at and I just shook my head continuing my story for Sungmi to hear.

"I knew it." she smirked after hearing the whole story

"It's annoying." I said bluntly as I took my pencil case out.

"I feel so possessive even if he isn't mine technically." I said sighing

"You do have his heart. No matter how many girls force themselves on him, it still won't be the same with you." She assured me.

"Is it natural to feel a stab pain when you see the guy you like so happy with another girl?" I asked blankly.

"Omona! My Christine's inlooove" she teased.

"Shut up. You're not helping" I pouted and soon enough the teacher came and the fangirls dispersed and he took his seat.

"Let's go home." Jungkook came to me and I felt Sungmi smiling at us.

"Yah. Stop that." I told Sungmi

"I'll visit you later don't be maaad" she said as she hugged me and I just giggled at her.

"Bring some food." I told her and she saluted before she hugged me one last time and bid me farewell.

"What does she mean visit you later?" Jungkook asked

"CafeLatte" I said as I fixed my stuffs ready to go home.

"You have work? How about studying?" He asked me

"Relax. My shift's not until 4pm. I still have tine to study. It's science and history tomorrow right?" I asked and he nodded as I stood up and we went outside together. I went to my locker to get my science and history books and notebooks before leaving the school with him by my side.

"Yah yah yah yah yah!" Kai called us and we stopped walking.

"Can I come walk with you guys too?" He asked. And just before I could say something.....

"Koookie ahhh! Christine aaahhh~" a familiar voice greeted us.

"Hannah!" Jungkook beamed running to meet her half way. I looked back and saw Hannah unnie with V and Jimin

"Heeey. Our exams just finished too. Wanna hang out?" She asked Jungkook and he agreed.

"How bout you Christine?" She asked me

"I'll pass. I'll study." I smiled at her

"But-" Jungkook tried to protest when Kai cut him off.

"I'll take her home." He said with a straight face.

"I..is that really K..Kai of exo?" Hannah asked

"Ne. Annyeong." He bowed

"I'm a big faaaan" Hannah unnie squealed.

"Ah jinja? Kamsahabnida" he bowed and smiled.

"We'll go ahead. Bye" I bowed to them and walked with Kai beside me.

"Wait!" Jimin caught up with me as he held my right shoulder.

"Ne?" I asked facing him

"Mianhe" he said softly for the other three not to hear

"If I didn't bring Hannah here then-" he was explained when I cut him off

"Yah! It's not your fault." I smiled at him

"Go have some fun. You guys must have missed eachother." I said gesturing him to join his other friends.

"Aiiiish. Mianhe Christine ah" he said rubbing the nape of his neck.

"It's nothing gooooooo~" I shooed him away with a smile and waved to the others before walking beside Kai.

....

"Was she... Hannah?" He asked carefully

"Yeah. Pretty right?" I told him

"Nah. I like your beauty better." He shrugged

"Ofcourse you should. I'm your bestfriend" I giggled and he rolled his eyes playfully.

Something in my chest suddenly felt tight and I couldn't breathe. I held onto Kai and he automatically searched my bag for my inhaler.

"Damn it where is it?!" He said panicking.

"I.. Don't.. Think.. I.. Brought.. One.." I said inbetween my huffing.

"Shit. Hang on!" He said as he carried me and started to run to my house.

I was home really fast and I felt my consciousness leaving me when Kai banged the door.

"What the hell- WHAT HAPPENED?!" Suga oppa opened the door but my eyes could barely open as I felt Kai hand me over to oppa and he ran somewhere else.

Suga oppa laid me down on the sofa and Kai came back with an inhaler and gave me two puffs.

I started to breathe normally as I felt the pain slowly fade away..

"What happened?"

"She looks really pale"

"Should we take her to the hospital?"

"Yah Suga get a hold of yourself"

And everything just went black.

Suga's POV

We were watching TV as we waited for the return of the kids. Namely Christine, Jungkook, V and Jimin.

I fell off of my seat when someone banged on the door really hard.

"What the hell- WHAT HAPPENED?!" I exclaimed as I saw my sister's almost lifeless body in Kai's hands.

He gave her to me and I laid her on the sofa. Kai ran to her room and came back with something in his hands in a matter of seconds. He squeezed whatever he was holding twice and Tinnie ah started to breathe slowly with her eyes still slightly opened.

"What happened?" I asked shaking

"She looks really pale" RM said

"Should we take her to the hospital?" J-Hope asked

"Yah Suga get a hold of yourself" Jin said shaking me.

"Don't worry hyung. She's just tired from the attack she had. This happened twice or thrice already. Give her some rest and make sure she brings her inhalers every time." Kai said

"Is she sick?" Jin asked

"She had always been weak and sickly. She has asthma attacks when she's tired or stressed out most of the time. Please take care of her.." Kai said looking at Christine worriedly

"Thankyou.." I said as I patted his shoulder.

"It was nothing. I'll carry her to bed." He said but I stopped him

"I'll do it. Rest." I told the poor shaking kid as I scooped Tinnie ah in my hands.

I laid her in bed and texted her manager asking if she could rest for the day because she had an attack just now and he soon replied with a get well better dear.

I went out to see Kai with his face in his hands and the other members quite restless walking around in circles.

"She's sleeping soundly." I informed them and they all looked relieved. I sat beside Kai as I patted his back.

"Thanks for your hard work" I smiled at him as he buried his face in his shaking hands

"I was so scared damn it." He muttered with shaking voice.

"I couldn't imagine how you got through, but I'm truly thankful for you." I said

"I never thought it'd happen infront of me, that she'll pass out like this.." He muttered

"Was appa taking care of her properly?" I suddenly asked

"Ne.. He'd be panicky but he'll get it right." He smiled as he wiped his tears.

"Well I'm glad she's fine. I'll go back now" he said standing up and bowing to everyone. We bowed back and thank him as he left

Christine's POV

"Omona. I fell asleep." I said as I stood up.

"What happened?" I asked myself suddenly wondering how I got into my room.

I went out to see Suga oppa sitting on the couch with RM J-Hope and Jin and they all scurried to my direction when they saw me

"How are you feeling?"

"Do you need anything?"

"Anything you wanna do?"

"Are you hungry?"

"You want some food?"

They all talked at the same time and my head started to hurt. I winced in pain and they stopped talking.

"Are you alright? What hurts?" Suga oppa asked

"Nothing. Just head ache. Do we have pain killers?" I asked them

"I'm on it!" RM ran to where the medicines were

"I'll get some water." J-Hope hurried to the kitchen to get some water.

"Uhm.. Is everything okay?" I asked Jin and Suga and they just smiled at me

"Here's your medicine" RM handed me a capsule

"Here's your water" J-Hope handed me a cup of water.

"Komawaeo" I smiled at them and drank my medicine.

"What time is it?" I asked them

"3:30pm" they answered in chorus.

"BWOH?! I'M LATE FOR MY WORK" I said as I was about to go back to my room to change, Suga oppa held my wrist.

"You're not working. You're gonna study and rest. I talked to your manager already." He said

Why are they acting like this? Did something happen? I asked myself as I eyed them suspiciously

"Well okay then I'm changing to my comfy clothes." I said and went inside my room.

"Here" Jin gave me a small stainless whistle with pink gems on the side.

"What's this?" I asked them

"Use it when you need something. We'll come right away." Suga oppa smiled at me and I accepted it with a confused look

"It comes with a necklace so wear it!" RM said and I did was I was told.

"Good. Go change" J-Hope smiled at me.

Jungkook's POV

It's been awhile since the four of us hanged out. We roamed around the mall and played in the arcade just like how Christine and I played here once with Suga hyung. We had the most fun in karaoke. Hannah still sings bad but whatever. We still love her.

We went home around 4pm since we still need to study.

"Christine has work today if I'm not mistaken?" Jimin said as the three of us walked together after walking hannah home.

"Yeah. I'll go pay a visit later." I said

"You okay V?" Jimin asked the silent guy beside me.

"Ah ne." He said snapping out of his thoughts.

"Are you and Hannah...." V trailed off

"Nope. We had a closure already. Past is past" Jimin smiled at V and he returned it.

"Well isn't this nice how you guys solved the awkwardness regarding Hannah now!" I said as I wrapped my arms around their necks and headlock both of them on the way home..

"Oppa I can do it."

"No. Just rest or study but not too much"

"What are you going on about?!"

We were surprised to see Christine sitting on the sofa with her notebooks and books on their coffee table with Suga hyung standing infront of her with hands on his hips.

"But I can cook!" She whined

"I'll cook now" Jin hyung said as he went to the kitchen hurriedly.

"We're home." I said as I made our presence known.

"You're still here?" Jimin asked Christine and and she pouted.

"Oppa wouldn't let me work nor would he let me do anything besides watch tv, rest and study." She said

"Maybe he just wants you to have a good grade and all." V shrugged as he sat beside Christine

....

"Dinner's ready!" Jin hyung called out and we all left what we were doing to eat.

"Here's some rice" Suga hyung placed some rice on Christine's plate

"Too much!" She whined.

"Here, have some soup" J-Hope hyung offered and placed it infront of her.

"Here, taste the beef I cooked," Jin hyung said giving some of the beef stew on her plate.

What's going on?

"Yah. You know I love you guys but you're seriously stressing me out." She said and I saw 4 figures froze in their place. Namely Suga, Jin, J-Hope and RM hyungs.

"I'm sorry." They all chorused with their head bowed down.

"We'll stop. Just make sure you have your inhaler with you always. Arrasso?" Suga hyung said

"Arrasso.." She smiled warmly and everyone continued eating.

After dinner when Christine's in her room, I asked everyone who was in the living room as I study.

"What's going on awhile ago hyungs?" I asked everyone

"Yeah. You guys weren't acting yourselves towards Christine.." Jimin said

"Yeahhh tell us." V said

"Aniyo. We were all just so scared when Kai brought her to us looking so lifeless." Suga said and I felt my eyes widen at what I've heard.

"BWOH?!" Jimin and I exclaimed.

"She had an attack on the way but she didn't have her inhaler." J-Hope said

"If it wasn't for Kai, God knows what could have happened to her." Jin said placing his hands on his temples.

"She passed out after she took a puff from her inhaler. Kai said it's either too tired or too stressed. She can't be tired since it's just exams right?" RM asked the three of us they nodded as I try to register what they were saying..

She.... Was too stressed?

She.. Was brought here looking.. Lifeless?

She.. Passed out?

She wasn't okay?

And I didn't even notice?

Just when I thought everything's fine... Something big happened to her and I wasn't beside her.. I was with Hannah.. I..

What...... Did I do?
