Chapter 1

Perrie POV

Me and the girls are all watching our first auditions, we have now got to the 2nd live shows and we couldn’t believe how much are life’s have changed.

“Ahh” I screamed as my audition came on, hiding my face in the as the girls all turned to look at me. As my face burnt up Jade put her hand on my knee. She knew how embarrassed I got watching myself back, and what was I wearing?!

Suddenly we heard a knock at the door of our dressing room.

“Yes,” we shouted.

“Girls we’re shooting your bit in 5 minutes, come out here”

We are shooting out very first video with the rest of the X Factor contestants and we are so excited. One Direction and JLS are also on the video shoot as they’re also in the song. Leigh-Anne and Jesy are massive JLS fans and start giggling like a bunch of schoolgirls every time we see them.

As we make our way to the set we see the One Direction boys. I’ve obviously seen them on TV but I have never met them before so they probably don’t know who I am and I’m not really sure what their names are. Jade knows Liam and Harry so me and Jade walk over to them as Leigh-Anne and Jesy are embarrassing themselves in front of JLS.

“Hi guys, how are you?” Jade asked as we finally made our way over to them.

“Heya Jadey,” Liam said as he opened his arms to give Jade a hug.

“This is Zayn, Niall and Louis and obviously you know Harry,” he said, winking. I’m not sure why he winked when he said Harry’s name but I’d ask Jade later.

“And this is Perrie,” Jade said, finally introducing me.

Harry turned to Louis and whispered something in his ear and they turned around and went to stand somewhere else, Louis looking back and waving bye to me and Jade. I look at Jade all confused as she rolls her eyes. I wonder what happened there?

As Jade and Liam start their own little conversation Niall turns to Zayn, saying “Do you wanna go get some food?”

Zayn nods and looks at me saying, “You wanna come?”

I say yes and pat Jade on the back to show her I’m just going for some food with Zayn and Niall.

When we got our food me and Zayn went to go and sit on some sofas while Niall carried on getting food, making his plate turn into a mountain of chips and pizza.

“How does he stay so slim?” I ask Zayn, making conversation.

“I’ve know idea, he’s always running around I guess, always hyper.” Zayn says, giggling. “So how’re you enjoying your first video shoot?” Zayn asks.

“Yeh, it’s good I guess. Is there always a lot of waiting around?”

“Haha yes, always. But then you don’t get to meet people like me.” He says with a massive smile on his face. Was he flirting with me?

“I guess so.” I say. If he was flirting then I could kind of flirt back.

Now there was an awkward silence as we both look down at our plates.

“Little Mix, your turn!” shouted a rather large music video director.

I groan, as I haven’t finished my food yet.

“Don’t worry, I’ll look after it for you.” Zayn said, looking up and smiling at me.

“Oh thanks. Don’t let Niall take it,” I reply as Zayn lets out a small giggle.

“PERRIE COME ON!” shouts Jade as I make my way over to the girls.

I look behind and see Zayn looking over at me smiling. He quickly turns around when he sees me looking at him. Was he checking me out? I wouldn’t mind, he’s pretty cute.
