06:18, 23 April 2025While Olivia was taking care of the home and enjoying the extra time she got with her daughters, Hugo was on trial for several crimes. In the end, no matter how hard he tried, Hugo got life in prison, along with his cell being upgraded to a solitary confinement cell. He lost all privileges and would spend the rest of his life in a dark, lonely cell while his ex-wife and daughters were happy and loved by a man who'd never hurt them. The trial ended on Olivia's due date, but her little boy wasn't ready to be born on his due date. He waited until four days after, and Olivia woke to her stomach tightening with a contraction.
"Fuck," Olivia moaned, a hand cradling her belly as she laid beside her husband in bed.
"Liv?" Elliot yawned, a hand rubbing his eyes.
"I'm fine, go back to bed," Olivia replied softly, her stomach finally relaxing.
"Doesn't sound like you are fine. What's wrong?" Elliot asked, rolling over to face his wife. Elliot ran his hand over her hip before stopping on her belly.
"I had a contraction," Olivia breathed.
"Huh?"
"I'm four days overdue, El. Our kid is going to come soon, and I think it'll probably be sometime today," Olivia replied with a sigh, rolling slowly so she could face her husband. Elliot quickly turned on his lamp, his eyes wide as he looked back at his wife.
"Should we go to the hospital? I can grab the girls, and we can drop them off with my mom and then head to the hospital. Or do you want to labor here? I could draw a bath, or we could go for a walk, or-" Elliot would've continued to ramble, but he stopped when Olivia kissed his lips lightly.
"Everything is going to be okay, Elliot. It won't be long before we get to hold this little guy in our arms and finally see how adorable he is. What we need to do is get some sleep, because I won't be getting much once the contractions get more intense. So close those beautiful eyes of yours and get some rest. I need my biggest supporter today," Olivia breathed, her forehead resting against Elliot's. She knew her husband was scared, as he had never witnessed a birth before. Now he was going to watch his wife give birth to their little boy and witness her in pain.
"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Elliot whispered.
"I promise, El. Everything has been perfect with our little guy, and I'm a pro. This is my third rodeo," Olivia grinned, leaning back and looking at her husband.
"I'm scared," Elliot whispered.
"I know, and I don't blame you. We will be okay," Olivia said, leaning down and kissing her husband's lips one last time.

Olivia remained silent through contractions to allow her husband to get rest. She woke to his alarm and went downstairs to make coffee and breakfast for the girls. As she was mixing oatmeal for Macie and Rory, a contraction knocked the air from her lungs as she doubled over and gasped.
"Olivia?" Elliot asked, having heard his wife struggling in the kitchen. He ran to where she stood, a hand resting against her lower back.
"I-I'm okay," She panted, shocked by the pain. She hadn't felt a pain like that before.
"What happened?" Elliot questioned, helping Olivia to a stool. He helped her to sit down before grabbing her a bottle of water.
"It was a contraction, and it was so freaking strong. Maybe I'm not as prepared as I thought I would be," Olivia breathed, tears welling in her eyes.
"Maybe you weren't paying attention and it took you by surprise..." Elliot trailed off as Olivia drank her water. She nodded as she twisted the top on, her eyes resting on her belly.
"I've been tracking my contractions, and they are about eleven minutes apart... El, I think once we get the girls on the bus, we should go to the hospital. If they don't admit me, it's okay. But I want them to check on our little guy and make sure he isn't in distress. Is that okay?"
"It's perfectly okay, Liv. I'll grab our bag and send my mom a text. She can be here to get the girls off the bus."
The girls noticed something was off with their mother as she helped them get ready for school. Rory got worried when she'd stop mid-braid to breathe or wince.
"Mama?" Rory asked as she and her mother walked to the end of their driveway. Macie was rushing to finish her breakfast, so Elliot would bring her out once she was done.
"Yes?" Olivia replied.
"Something is off," she breathed.
"With what?"
"You. Mama, what's wrong?" Rory asked, grabbing her mother's hand and squeezing it. Olivia looked at their joined hands, drawing them to her belly and resting them there.
"Grandma Bernie is going to be here when you and Macie get home because Daddy and I are going to be at the hospital. Your baby brother is finally breaking free today," Olivia smiled tiredly. She knew she was much closer to meeting her son than Elliot thought they were. Her body was aching, and her legs were shaking as she stood there with her eldest.
"Really?" Rory asked.
"Really, baby. Please don't tell Macie because she'll get distracted and won't pay attention during class. I'm hoping Grandma Bernie can bring you and Macie to the hospital after school to meet him," Olivia breathed, her eyes closing as her belly tightened again. Rory moved in front of her mother and grabbed her other hand, squeezing it lovingly as she watched her mother.
"Good job, Mama. You got this."

Olivia and Elliot cut it close, arriving at the hospital only thirty minutes before their son was born. He arrived much faster than Rory and Macie did.
"You were in a rush, little guy," Olivia laughed, lying in bed with her son pressed against her bare chest.
"I swear I heard a noise that sounded like a cork popping," Elliot teased from where he sat on a chair beside the bed.
"You did not!" Olivia laughed, rolling her eyes. She hadn't been this happy after giving birth, but she knew it was because of her partner. Elliot was completely different from Hugo and supported her the entire time. She wasn't dreading the birth of their son and everything after.
"Are you sure you want me to name him?" Elliot asked, standing and sinking onto the edge of Olivia's bed. He touched her son's thick brown hair before leaning down and kissing it.
"I'm not completely sure he'll be our last, but if he is... I want you to have the honor of naming him. You know my guidelines," Olivia replied.
"I have a list, but he doesn't look like my top contenders. So..." Elliot trailed off, which drove his wife nuts. She wanted to know what their son would be named.
"Elliot Stabler, stop dragging this out," Olivia groaned.
"So impatient, just like Timothy," Elliot grinned. Olivia turned quickly to look at her husband, her eyes wide.
"What?"
"Timothy Ford Stabler. Even if Ford is just a friend now, I think he's saved our asses enough to name our son after him. Ford is also a cute middle name," Elliot explained. Olivia blinked away tears as she looked down at their baby.
"It's perfect El... I'm so fucking happy," Olivia whispered.
"Me too, baby. I love you both. Well, I love you and all three of our babies," Elliot smiled.
"We love you too, El."
