Thea pov

I woke up in morning, it's Monday and I have to go to school. Argh...what a headache.

I freshened up and did my morning routine, after that I walked downstair to see everything unusually quite. I frown in confusion...he is always up in early morning what happen then?

I walked inside the kitchen to spot Irene aunty making breakfast....wait...it doesn't look like breakfast but a whole damn lunch as there was lots of food.

I slowly cleared my throat to gain her attention "Morning aunty" I greeted, she didn't even turned towards me and just nodded making me confused with her behaviour....she is quite different since she came back from her sister's house...

"My parents are coming today" she declared, I froze at the news for a movement before nodding....his in laws are coming that's why she is cooking today.

"Oh..". I just simply replied, not knowing what to say more I just told her "I'm getting late for school aunty...I'll get going".

She turned towards me finally with raised brows "Aren't you going to have breakfast?". I shooked my head "I'll have something on my way.." she hummed turning back to do her work.

I turned around to walk out of kitchen but just as I was about to pass the stairs someone covered my mouth and pinned me behind the stairs.

I chuckle on his palm seeing a pout on his lips "What?" He asked, I surged. "Nothing".

"You can't leave without having breakfast and without giving me my morning kiss also we're going together". My heart flutter hearing his sulking tone.

He cupped my face and showed his tongue inside my mouth,I closed my eyes clutching his white shirt. He was also ready for his work already.

After devouring my mouth for what feels like five minutes straight,He broke the kiss "let's buy your tablets on our way" I nodded.

We walked infront from behind the stairs but both of us froze seeing Irene standing there with a tray in her hand.

Her eyes were red, she smiled...like a psycho...darkly..."I thought you left already thea.." she said, her tone deep.

"Something got in her eyes...I was helping her" Taehyung said immediately keeping a straight face, I nodded continuously.

"Y-yes... something just got inside my eye...uncle was helping me out". I shuttered a little, and I swear to god I saw Irene rolling her eyes a little before she put back a small smile.

"Yeah sure....let's have breakfast then". Taehyung, without caring about anything else put his hand on my back gently like reassuring me, he looked at me "Let's go" I nodded.

"Don't you think her behaviour is quite strange after coming back" I said, a scowl on my face as he was driving beside me.

"I also noticed" he agreed, I shooked my head in annoyance remembering the way she was sitting close to him the other day.

"I don't like when she's too touchy with you". He laughed, his one hand clutched my thighs caressing it. "Now jaelous...are we? You know I love you and I won't let her get close to me". I pouted a little hearing him but nodded.

"Then why worrying about something that doesn't even exist....I love you and I'll love no matter what....don't worry about her she ain't getting close to me..." He reassured.

The one thing I love about him is that the way he never let me get insecure about anything or anyone....the way he is always ready to show me that how much he loves me.....

I grinned, my eyes twinkling. He dropped me at my school and left for his work.

Time skip

I came back to mansion in afternoon but as soon as I entered, I saw an old couple sitting in living room. I already assume that it's Irene aunty's parents.

I walked inside nervously because I don't know what type of people they are...and my fear only raised when I saw the old woman turning her head around to look at me, tbh I didn't liked how she was staring at me....

"You're Thea?". She asked. Wait a min? No hi? No hello?, I nodded at her immediately and gave her a 90° bow in respect. Her husband was just sitting beside her silently.

"Come here". I gulped hearing her strict tone, I slowly straddle towards her and she pointed at the opposite couch, I sat there while my hands were shaking a little bit.

"You're Taehyung's niece, am I right?". Bitch if you already know then why are you asking "Yes mam".

"Hmmm.....so what's your age?"

"17"

"Taehyung is 35 you know". I frowned, so? Why is she reminding me of his age?bruh.

"Yes"

"And he is your uncle". At this point I just want to get up and slap that ugly face of hers!!! Nah Thea respect!!!

"Umm...yeah". I sighed saying that, why am I even sitting infront of some strangers I'm not familiar with...to be honest everyone feels like a stranger here expect him..

Just when I was thinking of getting up, Irene aunty came out of nowhere and sat beside her mother after throwing me an small....almost fake smile...

"You know Thea...." Old woman said, making me look at her with a little frown.

"I know you're here for study purpose because you're family is struggling financially". I feel a sting in my chest as soon as she said that in a mocking tone. Without saying anything I slowly nodded towards her.

"Well...even then you wouldn't want to embarrass yourself by disturbing a married couple or would you?". I feel my eyes getting teary as my hands start trembling in anxiety...... perhaps... Irene aunty told them something about me like me distrubing her married life? Or....they knows?

"What do you mean...mam?". I asked, wanting to get a straight answer of what she meant.

"Well since you're staying here,my son in law is being distant with my daughter and he's staying more with his not so decent niece then his own wife....if you know...". My eyes widened hearing her words, I slowly looked towards Irene aunty and the way she was acting right now doesn't even looks like we were close just few weeks ago.

"You're not that naive or a kid, young lady, you should maintain some distance with your uncle because he is a married man". I was about to shout at her almost to stop with her bullshit when.

"Who do you think you're ordering around?"
