Kiss count:keifer still owns 3

Jay jay's pov

The day started with me vowing to stay calm. No lists, no killers, no Yuri glaring at me like some tragic anime character.

Just... me, my friends, and Keifer-who, by the way, still owed me four whole kisses for being a cheater.

"Jay!" Felix nearly smacked me with his bag when I walked into class. "Guess what-"

"Your hair's finally listening to shampoo?" I deadpanned.

He gasped. "Rude! I was about to say I beat mayo in Mobile Legends last night."

Across the room, mayo tossed a crumpled paper ball at Felix. "Lies! He rage quit. Everyone saw it."

The classroom exploded with laughter. Ci-N was already on the floor laughing, clutching his stomach. Rory was muttering something about how we were the loudest section in the school.

And Edrix? He just leaned back on his chair like some mafia boss watching his minions argue while his laptop was opened ahead.

Oh I just remembered I forgot about next gift of Freya to him I will talk to rory about this.

Hihihi!

I plopped into my seat beside Keifer, who raised an eyebrow at me. "You look suspicious."

"You look guilty."

His lips curved in that stupid, smug smirk. "Of what?"

I leaned closer, whispering, "Of kissing other people when you owe me four."

He coughed, nearly choking on air. "You're never letting that go, are you?"

"Nope."

The best part? Everyone noticed.

"OHHHHH!" Josh yelled, slapping his desk. "Section E, we got live drama!"

"Keifer's about to turn redder than the school flag," David added, grinning.

"Shut up," Keifer growled, tugging me into my seat before I could embarrass him more. Too late though-the damage was done. The whole class was buzzing with it.

During lunch break, chaos only escalated.

"Truth or Dare!" Mayo shouted, standing on the table like he was hosting a game show. "Loser buys everyone fries!"

We all groaned but sat in a circle anyway because that's just how Section E rolled. First victim? Rory.

"Truth," he muttered.

"Is it true you secretly write Wattpad love stories?" Ci-N asked innocently.

Rory froze. Everyone went wild. Even I had tears streaming down my face from laughing so hard.

Next, it was my turn.

"Dare," I said, because truth was boring.

"Dare you to kiss Keifer right now!" Felix yelled.

The circle erupted into chants: "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!"

Keifer shot Felix a death glare, but I only smirked. "Well... he still owes me four. So I guess this makes three left."

Before he could protest, I leaned in and pressed my lips to his-quick, heated, but enough to make the boys howl like lunatics.

Keifer's hand twitched like he wanted to pull me closer, but I pulled back first, laughing.

"You're enjoying this too much," he muttered under his breath.

"Of course. Watching you suffer is my new favorite hobby."

Second kiss:

stolen later in the hallway when no one was looking. I teased him about it all the way back to class until he threatened to carry me out bridal style in front of everyone.

The afternoon passed in chaos-Superman (sorry, Eman) accidentally knocked over a whole bottle of juice on Drew, Ci-N tried to climb out the window "for science," and kit and Mayo started arguing about who was hotter until Kit threw chalk at both of them.

It felt like-for once-we weren't Section E, the troubled, always-in-danger group. We were just... kids. Laughing, joking, stealing fries, bickering, throwing paper airplanes when Sir Alvin wasn't looking.

But of course, reality had to crash in.

On my way out, Yuri blocked my path at the lockers. His dark eyes pinned me, serious.

"You're ignoring me because of the list," he said flatly.

My grip tightened on my books. "So what if I am?"

His jaw clenched. "I told you already-I won't kill my best friend."

I froze. His voice wasn't pleading. It was firm. Final. Like a vow.

But before I could answer, Keifer's arm slid around my shoulders, tugging me against him protectively. "Problem here?"

Yuri's gaze flicked between us, then he smirked coldly. "None. Just reminding Jay she shouldn't trust everyone with secrets."

And with that, he walked away, leaving me caught between Keifer's warmth and Yuri's chilling words.

But hey-I still had three kisses left to collect. And maybe, just maybe, I'd use one to shut Keifer up the next time he got smug.
