06:58, 17 April 2025The first lesson of the day had just gotten over. Jackie Chu gave the students some free time before the next one started. It had seemed like Jackie Chu didn't even follow the curriculum at all and just taught whatever, whether that be shapes, or college algebra.
Jeffy came and stole Joseph's spot since Penelope had already been sitting in hers and wasn't budging. Junior was fixing his clash of clans base. Cody was giving Ken a back massage, and Jeffy was staring into the endless aethos or some shit.
"Hey, Junior, I have an idea." Jeffy whispered to the ginger. Junior looked up at him, intrigued. "What if we ask the teacher to help Chef PeePee?"
"Sure, good idea Jeffy!" Junior praised. He and Jeffy got up from their seats and walked up to the teachers desk, which was at the very front of the classroom. Jackie Chu was on his phone, definitely doing something productive. "Hey, um, teacher?"
Jackie Chu looked up at the students in front of him. "Ah, Junior, and someone else I can't see because my eyes are so slant, what do you need?"
"So, you know the whole court case with Bowser, aka my dad, and Chef PeePee, right?"
"Oh yes, me and Ling Ling have seen that on the news while we were eating our noodles." Jackie Chu answered.
"Well, my Chef is actually the innocent one. See, my dad... abused me and him for years... and once we got sick of it, we ran away. Then once we were found, my dad made up some bs story that Chef PeePee kidnapped me and brainwashed me too. Now everyone's against him, and if he gets sentenced... something really bad will happen to me." Junior took a deep breath. "So, it'd mean the world To me if you testified in favor of Chef PeePee."
Jackie Chu took in all of Junior's words. "So that's why you missed so much school... I will think about it. Go back to your seat, the next lesson is about to start."
Junior nodded, said thank you, and went back to his seat, followed by Jeffy. Once they sat back down, Cody stopped doing whatever to Ken and started talking to Junior. "How'd it go? What did he say?"
"He said he'll think about it. I'm just glad he believed me." Junior said.
"Me too. At least that guy is good for something besides giving me F's on every subject." Jeffy agreed.
