Sophia’s POV

I woke up with a banging head ache, I looked around me and didn’t recognise where I was. I definitely wasn’t at the hotel, and I wasn’t in the club. I sat up ignoring the throbbing pain in my head and the world spinning around me.

I looked around me properly when the spinning slowed down. Holy songbird! How the hell did I get here! How the hell do I get down?!

I was on top of a building- I’m guessing it’s the club, but I’m not sure. Ever seen Hangover? When they find the guy and he’s on the hotel roof? Yes, well imagine that hotel roof, that’s what it looks like. I have no idea how I got here.

I looked down at myself and saw I was still in my clothes, but I had no shoes on. I sighed and stood up, I need one, a strong coffee and two, some painkillers. I stumbled around on the roof until I found a door which lead to some stairs, which went downstairs. So that’s where I headed.

I got down the stairs and didn’t recognise where the hell I was. This was not the club we started in. Yes, it was a club, but not the one Mel had her party in. Did we move on and I don’t remember?

I mentally slapped myself for drinking so much last night. “Are you okay Miss?” Someone asked me from behind.

“Sorry, do you know what the time is?” I asked.

“Yes, it’s three in the afternoon,” The man smiled.

“Okay, thank you,” I forced a smile back.

Three in the afternoon. Three in the freaking afternoon. THREE IN THE AFTERNOON!

“Erm, can you show me the way out?” I asked politely.

“Sure,” He smiled and led the way. When we got to the door he handed me five pounds.

“I don’t need this,” I shook my head and went to hand him the money back.

“There’s a café over the road, go get a strong coffee, it’ll help,” He laughed and walked away.

“Thanks,” I shouted but it hurt my head even more. I walked across the road and went into the café, I ordered a strong coffee and then went into the bathroom. I looked a right mess.

I turned on the tap and washed all the smudged make-up off my face. Then I used my fingers to try and pull the knots out of my hair, I then went back out of the bathroom, when I looked more presentable. I picked up my coffee from the waitress and sat at a table. I sat at the table nearest to the window and looked out, trying to see where I was.

I didn’t recognise any of the shops, but I could make out a street sign a little way up the road, but I couldn’t read it from here, I’d look after I’ve had my coffee.

Once I finished my coffee I left the café and walked down the street- still bare foot; which caused me to get many funny looks. I walked over to the street sign and laughed. I was near the back of the hotel.

I walked around the corner and saw the hotel further up the street. I breathed a sigh of relief and headed there after picking some painkillers up, with the left over money from my coffee. I made it to the room, but nobody was there. I didn’t think anything of it and just went to the sink, got a glass of water and took two painkillers, leaving the rest on the side. Then I grabbed some fresh clothes and walked into the bathroom and had a long shower, washing my hair as well. I got out, got dressed, cleaned my teeth and dried my hair. I sat on the bed and then the door opened.

“Where the hell is she?” It was Niall.

“I don’t know, but she’ll be fine,” That had to be Daddy Direction, Liam.

“Hey guys,” I smiled as they walked round the corner.

“Sophia!” Niall shouted and ran over to me, pulling me into a hug.

“Where have you been?” He whispered in my ear.

“I’ll let the others know we’ve found her,” Liam muttered and walked out the room again.

“I was so worried! What happened?” Niall sat down next to me.

“I don’t really know, I just er, woke up on the roof of one of the night clubs we went to…” I smiled sheepishly.

“On the roof?! How the heck did you get up there?” He frowned.

“I do not have a clue, I don’t even remember half of last night,” I laughed.

“I’m just glad you’re okay,” He hugged me again and kissed me gently.

“Sophia!” Everyone suddenly ran through the door and literally dived on me.

“Guys… can’t breathe,” I gasped.

“Sorry,” They mumbled and got off me.

After that lovely reunion the rest of the day went quickly.

*~*~*

I woke up the next day, and I’m happy to say it was in my own bed. After everyone was ready the boys said they wanted to go swimming so it was agreed we’d all go swimming. We all went down to the pool the girls in bikinis and the boys in their trunks. The boys jumped in and us girls followed them. It was really fun, we spent ages in there, it was really funny. We had loads of water fights, the boys showed us loads of tricks and things.

“Boo,” Niall whispered in my ear as I felt him wrap his arms around me in the pool.

“I’m sorry, I have a boyfriend,” I said turning around.

“Oh, har har,” He laughed sarcastically and then kissed me.

“Get a room!” Harry shouted and splashed us both.

“What like you and Lauren did?” I shot back and he went red.

“Ouch,” Beth grinned.

Harry huffed and got out the pool. I laughed at him with everyone else, so childish. He went into the changing rooms and I heard the shower get turned on. Along with the rest of the girls, we decided we’d best get out now too. The four boys decided they’d stay in for a bit longer.

We went into the changing rooms and picked up our bags. We each had a shower and dried our hair, using the hair drier we’d brought down with us. We also got changed into fresh clothes. I now wore black leggings, a white vest top and Niall’s Jack Wills hoodie- he won’t mind. We were nearly at the rooms when we heard Harry’s voice and a really girly voice from around the corner.

“Harry, I really like you,” The girl said in a horrible high-pitched voice, I knew immediately who it was. Courtney’s friend, Emma.

“I don’t even know you,” Harry said, he sounded a bit stressed.

“But you can get to know me,” She practically begged.

“I have a girlfriend, and I love her,” Harry said and I saw Lauren smile broadly as we walked around the corner. We all gasped at the sight. Emma literally jumped on Harry and kissed him- he had no time to react.

The next thing I knew Lauren had a-hold of Emma’s hair and pulled her off Harry. It shocked us so much because Lauren had never had a b*tch fight before and she had just pulled Emma’s extensions out her hair. “That’s for being a fake b*tch,” Lauren dropped the extensions on the floor and then slapped Emma across the cheek, “And that’s for kissing my boyfriend.”

“He doesn’t deserve you!” Emma shrieked and grabbed Lauren’s hair. Lauren quickly grabbed Emma’s hair and pulled it, then Lauren kneed Emma in the stomach and Emma let go of Lauren. Lauren stood up straight only to be punched in the face by Emma. She gasped and fell backwards in to Harry who caught her. Lauren’s nose was bleeding and Emma had a smug look on her face. No one gets away with hurting my friends. I stormed forward and stood in front of Emma.

“Not my friend you b*tch!” I growled (using an adapted-to-the-moment Molly Weasley line) and with that I used all my power to punch that silly smug look off Emma’s face. As my fist made contact with Emma’s nose it made a satisfying crunch and Emma fell back into the wall. I stood back and smirked as Emma ran off down the hall, her extensions in one hand and her other hand holding her nose.

“Did anyone get the Harry Potter reference?” I asked turning around and smiling at them.

“I did!” Beth shouted and we high-fived.

“Are you okay Lauren?” I asked.

“That was… awesome!” She grinned at me.

“Come on, let’s get you cleaned up,” Harry laughed, “Nice punch by the way. Remind me never to get on your bad side.”

“Thanks,” I laughed.

Niall’s POV

We were walking back from the pool when a girl ran into us. She looked a right mess, she had her extensions in her hand- which looked like they’d been pulled out harshly- she also had, what looked like, a broken nose, and blood smeared across her face.

“What the hell happened to you?” I gasped.

“Your stupid girlfriend; she’s a right physco!” The girl screamed in anger and then ran out of the hotel. The rest of the walk to our rooms was silent; no one knew what to say. I just can’t believe Sophia would do that to someone… But I haven’t known her that long- I don’t really know what she was like before I met her.

When we walked into the hotel room Sophia was sat on her bed reading a magazine with Mel like nothing ever happened. “Sophia can I have a word?” I asked.

“Sure,” She frowned and got off the bed, passing the magazine to Mel, who looked as confused as Sophia. I walked out of the girls room and into mine and the boys room.

“Sophia,” I started, “Why did you hurt that girl?”

“What? I haven’t hurt any… oh, her,” Her voice turned from confused to angry.

“Yes her, she looked a right mess when she ran into us,” I said looking her in the eye.

“Wait, your actually feeling sorry for her aren’t you?” Sophia stepped away from me.

“Sophia,” I started but she cut me off.

“No Niall, you don’t know what happened so you can’t accuse me of anything. Yes I punched her, but I didn’t just attack her for no good reason. Who do you think I am?!” She shouted and I felt really guilty all of a sudden. “You know what, go talk to Harry, and when you’re ready to apologise to me I’ll be in the other room, with my friends.” She emphasised the word ‘friends’ and then she walked out of the room.

I collapsed on the bed and buried my head in my hands. I just had my first argument with my girlfriend and I felt horrible. I shouldn’t have believed a girl I didn’t even know, I shouldn’t have accused Sophia. I wish I could take it all back. What have I done?

“What’s up mate? Sophia said you wanted to talk to me,” Harry came in and sat next to me.

Sophia’s POV

How could he believe her? He’s meant to be my boyfriend. He’s meant to trust me. I can’t believe he’d think I did that for no reason!

“What did he want? Are you okay?” Mel asked as I walked in and sat on the bed next to her, all of the other girls gathered around us.

“He saw Emma,” I sighed.

“Emma?” Lauren frowned.

“The girl from earlier,” I said and everyone nodded, “Yes, he saw her and I don’t know what she said to him, but he thinks I hurt her for no reason.”

“What? You’d never do that!” Mel glared angrily at nothing in particular.

“Totally!” Molly agreed.

“What did you say?” Beth asked.

“I told him to talk to Harry and when he’s ready to apologise to come and find me,” I shrugged.

“You know what this calls for,” Lauren grinned.

“What?” We all asked.

“Girly sleepover! No boys allowed. Like the good ol’ days,” She grinned.

“Definitely,” We all nodded.

“Right, we could ask the boys if they have any DVDs here, and we can get room service,” Mel suggested.

“Sounds like a plan,” Beth smiled.

“Mel get a DVD, I’ll call room service, the rest of you can sort out the room,” Molly organised us.

“What sort of DVD?” Mel asked.

“Horror,” We all grinned. We always watched a horror at the sleepovers; it was like tradition, even though they scared the crap out of us. It was all part of the fun.

“Food?” Molly asked.

“Pizza!” We shouted, “And sweets and popcorn!”

“Okay,” Molly laughed.

“Right boys, you are leaving now,” I said walking over to them with Mel- they were all sat on Lauren’s bed talking.

“Why?” Zayn frowned.

“Girly sleepover, no boys allowed, now leave,” Mel grinned.

“Fine,” They sighed and rolled off the bed.

“Oh, do you have any horror DVDs?” Mel asked before they left.

“We only have one, The Strangers,” Louis smirked.

“Great, I’ll come get it,” I smiled.

“Rightio,” Liam laughed. I followed them out and walked into the boys room where Niall and Harry were.

“Here you go Sophia,” Zayn handed me the DVD.

“Cheers,” I smiled and went to walk out again but Niall caught me by the arm gently.

“Sophia,” He started but I cut him off.

“No Niall, I’m going to have a girly sleepover and not worry about anything. I get that you’re sorry, and I forgive you, bye,” I kissed him quickly on the lips and walked out.

“Sorry,” I heard him whisper before I shut the door. I love him so much- I haven’t even told him yet. I really need to get on to that.

“Everyone ready?” I asked as I walked in.

“Just waiting for room service then we’re good to go,” Molly smiled and put down the hotel phone.

“Okay!” I grinned and jumped on the beds. The beds were now in a line squished right next to each other, so it was like one long bed, in front of the TV which had the DVD already in and the DVD menu was up ready for us to play. We talked for a couple of minutes until room service arrived. I got up- as I was nearest to the door- and went to answer it. “Hello,” I smiled as I opened the door to see a young man at the door with our food on a trolley.

“Hi, you ordered room service, er, two pizzas, two bowls of sweet popcorn, and lots of… sweets?” He smiled- and I’m sure he gets loads of girl attention with that smile, but I am a happy girl with an amazing boyfriend.

“Erm, yes that was us,” I laughed.

“Right well, do you want me to bring it in?” He asked.

“Sure, come this way,” I smiled and pushed the door open further. He pulled the trolley in a little further and then picked up the two pizzas.

“Where do you want them?” He asked.

“Oh you can put them on the beds,” I smiled and took the two bowls of popcorn. When the man had left and we all sat on the bed and ate the pizza. After we ate the pizzas we turned on the DVD and huddled close together.

The film was about three people that wear masks, two women that wear those creepy doll sort of masks, with big lips and eyes- they looked really creepy. The third person was a man who wore a sort of KKK mask. The there was also a couple who were staying in an isolated house in the countryside as a holiday. Basically, the three masked people attack the couple and eventually kill them. It doesn’t sound scary when I say it like that, but it’s horrible! They don’t just kill the people they scare them, taunt them, torture them and then kill them. And what makes it worse is that at the end of the film the three killers just drive away and you never even see what they look like without the masks on. They could be anyone, you could be walking by them on the street. They could be outside now.

“T-That w-was scary…” Molly whispered.

“T-They could still be out there,” Beth muttered looking to the window.

“Don’t say that!” Mel hissed.

“Sorry, but it’s true!” Beth said defensively.

“Someone turn the lights on,” Lauren whispered.

I was the closest to the light switch so I stumbled out the bed and walked towards the door. I could see the light seeping through under the door and I knew the light switch was right by the door so that’s where I headed. I walked round the corner to where the door was and my heart stopped. “G-Girls,” I whispered, tears forming in my eyes.

“What?” They whispered back panicked.

“Oh my gosh!” They all gasped suddenly at my side making me jump. All of our eyes were glued to the shadow under the door. I slowly walked forward, the girls following my footsteps. I hesitantly lifted my hand up to the peep hole and slid the cover up. I leant forward, feeling the girls lean with me. A blood curling scream came out of my mouth, followed by the screams of the girls around me. He was out there, only one of them, the man from the film wearing the KKK sort of mask. He’s going to kill us! We ran backwards towards the beds, tears streaming down my cheeks, and I’m pretty sure the other girls were crying in fear too.

“W-What do we do?” Molly cried.

“We need to get out of here!” Beth shouted.

“We’ll go to the boy’s room, if he’s gone,” Mel whispered.

“Right,” We all nodded stiffly. We all shuffled forward to the door again and all made an audible sigh of relief as we saw the shadow had gone, meaning the man had too.

I hesitantly reached for the handle and slowly pulled the door open. We all leaned out the door checking the corridor was clear before we ran the two metres across the hall to the boys room. We knocked loudly on the door and didn’t stop until the door was open.

“Whoa, girls calm down… what’s wrong?” Louis frowned answering the door to us.

We ignored him and ran in, all of us threw our arms around our boyfriends; and at this point in time I didn’t care about what had happened earlier I just wanted Niall to hold me and tell me we weren’t going to die. “Sophia what’s wrong?” Niall whispered as he wrapped his arms around my waist holding me tightly.

“He was…” I trailed off as I saw a mask on the bed behind us… the very same mask the man was wearing outside our room, “YOU!” I shrieked and pulled away from Niall.

“It was you!” Beth shouted and angrily hit Louis on the arm.

“How could you do that to us?!” Molly shouted at Liam.

“You’re meant to be our boyfriends!” Lauren screamed.

“You’re not meant to scare us half to death!” Mel shouted.

“We thought we were going to die!” We all screamed together.

The boys stared at us for a second and we all stood there silently- us girls fuming with anger and the boys in shock and amusement. Then the boys all cracked up laughing. “You fell for it!” They laughed.

“I can’t believe you Niall Horan!” I screamed and then all of us girls stormed out of the room and back to ours. We all went back into the room and silently climbed into our beds, I knew all of us were thinking the same thing, so I decided to say it.

“Revenge,” I said loudly.

“What?” Lauren frowned.

“Revenge, they need to know that they do not mess with us, and I know exactly what to do,” I smirked at them all and then they all crawled over to me and we sat in a circle.

“Go on then, tell us your idea,” Beth smirked evilly.

“Well, why don’t we make the boys a little jealous,” I smirked.

“They’d totally hate that!” Molly exclaimed.

“Exactly, that’s the whole point of revenge,” Mel laughed.

“It’s perfect, but who are we going to make them jealous with?” Lauren asked.

“Well, you’re friend, what’s his name? Justin?” She nodded, “Him, call him and see if he’s free tomorrow.”

“Sure,” She grinned and walked away from us all with her phone to her ear.

“Where we meeting up?” She asked after a moment.

“Erm, how about we all meet up and go to the cinema in the morning, we could see The Woman In Black, that looks good, and scary, it’ll be fun, then we could go for lunch afterwards,” I smiled and the other girls nodded.

“Who are we going to call?” Beth asked.

“Erm, how about Beth you call Dougie, Molly you call Damon, Mel you call Jordan and I’ll call Stefan?” I suggested.

“Got it,” Beth grinned and we all pulled out our phones. Even though it was like mid night they all answered and they all agreed to our plan. Apparently Stefan had a crush on me, so this might be a bit weird, well that’s what Beth, Molly and Lauren said anyway. But I don’t think he does, oh well, we’ll just see what happens.
