Hey guys, I know I have not been on this account. I have been messeged a lot about updating and sadly, I wont be. I have closed this account for many reason and mostly because tvd has lost me since season four. I am announcing that I am deleting the uncompleted books;

Killing Katherine in 1864, The Unknown Petrova II, and My Brother's Best Friend. I have no more inspiration for them and don't need them to be left up on the account if I'm not uploading them. I apologize everyone. I know this account is a huge TVD fanbase. Maybe I'll return... maybe I wont. Just have to see in time.

I have changed the storyline. There will only be 26 chapters. I'm deleting the ongoing ones because I would like that story to be finished and not unfinished.

CHAPTER 26

Lexi's POV

"You what?!" I almost shouted to the top of my lungs. Jeremy, Damon ,and I were in the boarding house as Kol laid on the couch like a dead body. 

Damon took a sip of his bourbon and looked at me like nothing big just happened. "Like I said, I was being killed. I shoved the cure down Kol's throat. And now we wait for him to wake up and be human." He shrugged. 

I rubbed the temples of my forehead. "You're an idiot!" I reached out to grab him but Jeremy held me back. "My father is going to be human! Are you insane?"

"Sure.I'm. Insane. Lexi." He puts his drink down and took a step closer to me and Jeremy. " Yep, I would be insane to let Kol slowly kill me to death and ghost world I would go." He growled low at me.

I stopped struggling with Jeremy and sighed. "I'm sorry, Damon. But I really don't fond over the fact that Kol is going to be human. "

"Why? You should be happy that Kol is human. He's not going to be a harm to anyone." Jeremy said but I stopped him before he went on. Well it came out of my mouth before I even thought of it.

"Because I don't want to live an enternity while my father grows old and die." I spatted. "And he doesn't deserve the cure, that's why I'm angry..." I let out a huge deep breath out.

"..Lexi. Things will get better." Jeremy reassured me with a smile. I smiled weakly at him as his grip around my hands gets tighter.

"Urg...hmm.. *cough*... *cough*.." We all snapped our heads seeing Kol coughing and slowly opening his eyes. "..What happened?" He turns his head looking up at me, Jeremy, and Damon. His brown eyes lighten and he sits up really fast. He human runs at Damon but freezes as soon he finds something wrong. He looks at his feet then back up at all of us. "Why can't I run?"

"You can run perfectly... for a human." Damon smirked at him. Kol glared at him and quickly raised his hand and punched Damon straight in the face. It didn't effect Damon greatly since only his face moved the direction Kol hit him.

"You shoved the cure down my throat!" Kol growled at Damon.

"To my defense you were going to kill me." Damon smirked at Kol. Damon blurred to the other side of the room. "Come and get me , human."

"I am NOT human!" Kol shouted at Damon. "I will not be human!" He looks over at me. I gave Kol a frown then suddenly Damon comes right behind Kol biting into Kol's neck. Kol lets out a scream.

"NO!!" I blurred over to Damon pushing him against the wall, his mouth covered in Kol's blood. "What is wrong with you?!" I shouted at him mostly growling in his face. In the corner of my eyes I see Jeremy place Kol on the couch.

"I'm having a little fun with Kol being human and you know he isn't that half bad in taste." Damon smirked. I grabbed a hold of his shoulder and sinked my nails into them. "Ow. Ow. Ow..."

"That is my father! Are you crazy?!" I snarled.

He pushes me off of him. "Yes I'm crazy. I'm crazy that Kol almost killed me, now he's human, he's weak. It's my turn to be the crazy physco he was as a vampire. And I'm also crazy that you decided to pick little hunter Jeremy that killed Kol,  Over someone that's been there for you all the time!" He snapped at me.

I stop what I was planning to do and looked as his blue icy eyes turned to flames. He was angry.. he heard everything. "..Damon."

"No." He snapped. "Just go fix Kol up." He says silently and walked away.

Kol's POV

I opened my eyes open and once again I was on the couch. But in a different place... the mikaelsons. I pushed myself off the couch and found Lexi staring at the fireplace.

"How was your human nap?" Klaus walked in with a smile. I rolled my eyes.

"Weak. Just like a human is." I said.

"Maybe you should've thought twice before you almost killed Damon Salvatore." Klaus smiled.

"Klaus you know me. Never once do I kill someone after I think." I smirked back at him.

"You should probably wear a sweater, Mate. Or else you'll get a cold." Klaus smiles at me.

"I wont because I'll just be a vampire again." I said.

"It doesn't work like that. A cure is a cure. No more vampire or supernatural powers will come to you. Just death." Klaus smirked at me then walked over to Lexi.

"So are you saying I can't be a vampire again?" I asked.

"No." Lexi turned to me. "Even if you try to kill yourself with vampire system in you. You'll just die."

"I'm not going to be human.I wont be!" I shouted.

"Oh, pipe down kol. It's not like it'll change anything." Klaus said.

"I'm weak! I have no power or strength!" I shouted.

"And that's the grand about this all. No more babysitting you and your troublesome." Klaus smirked

"Pf, Klaus. No matter human or not. I will always be troublesome. You know me brother, I find my ways to have fun." I smirked at him.

"Yes, where did that fun lead you... a daughter... and you being human." Klaus shook his head.

"I'll find my ways on being a vampire once again. I just need a witch." I piped.

"Just give it up, we looked through all the witch book. You can't re-do a thousands years old cure." Lexi snapped.

"Don't talk to me like that." I snapped right back at her as she just roll her eyes.

"Look, if you are going to be a whinning father like you always are, then I rather have you dead." She snapped at me before stalking off down the hallway. I glare at her retreating steps before Klaus shook his head at me.

"What!" I snapped at him. Klaus shrug.

"I'm not a father.. hopefully not. But I know when a lady is hurt and Lexi is hurt." Klaus said. I growled and followed Lexi's retreating steps.

I found her after searching hopelessly in these human feet can take me fast down the hall. She sat on the couch in front of a fireplace as she held tightly to a necklace. A necklace I remember clear as day. I let out a sigh and walked over to her, sitting next to her. She didn't budge as I sat down, she kept staring at the necklace that I have given her mother thousands of years ago.

"I'm sorry." I said.

She turned to me, stopping all movement and stared at me..."What?"

"Don't make me say it again." I growled but I let out a surrendering sigh," I am not the best father. I may be thousands years old who happens to look like a teenager like yourself. I do know though, is that fathers love their daughters. And I ....care for you dearly." I stared at the necklace she held tightly in the palm of her hands.

I could feel her tense besides me then I looked up to see her reaction. She gave me a small smile as she handed me the necklace. I took it and she turned around having me put it on her.

"Your mother was an exquisite lady... you remind me a lot of her." I smiled as she turned back to me as I finish putting the necklace on her. "I know I am not the best father in the world.. and I sure know I wont be. But I want you to know that I care for you like a father should care for his daughter." I stared into her eyes that were similar to mines. Her eyes soften as she reach to pull me into a hug and I pull away. I put my hand up," I'm not a touchy person." I stood up on the floor. 

She shook her head with a smile," That's my dad... Kol Mikaelson." I just turned on my heel and threw a smirk over my shoulder over at her. She returned the smirk that she got from me.

That's right, your father Kol Mikaelson. Family above all.
