3RD POV

The diurnal fae could feel the spell had already finished, he could no longer feel the warping.

But he did feel the coffin was floating.

Though that means, he's now inside of NRC.

So now it's time for him to cast his own magic.

He casted two colors, Persian Red and Infrared.

'Hmm.... The Dark Mirror is at the very center of the room... And the rest of the students are preparing for the ceremony....' He thought, observing his surroundings even more.

'I could sense Dire is also nearby....'

He continues to observe, as he senses there's 399 students out the room. And if he includes the coffin, there are over 598 students inside of this room.

He exclude himself from the count....

Though it surprised him that there's an technomantic humanoid included here, but he doesn't include it.

And there's also someone he recognized outside the place....

'So the little prince have decided to leave his palace...' The fae thought, before picking up another life source...

This time he sense no magic whatsoever.... How peculiar....

Is this the error he sense early? Or was it on purpose to bring a magicless human...

'Though there's something off with this human..' He trailed off, before sensing uninvited guest...

His ears twitched, as he carefully listened....

"I better hurry up and find that uniform before someone spots me..." So that the creature's plan...

He cast another color to see what's going on, which was X-ray.

He saw a small beast get to the magicless human's coffin.

Deciding it's not his problem to solve, he let fate play itself.

He watched the beast cast, as the human jump out of the coffin.

The two talked, before the human run out with the monster trailing him...

And after that small commotion, he saw students getting inside the room... Which means the ceremony begin.

Not really into a mood on listening, the diurnal fae tune out all of the noise as he just continued watching.

Staying still in the coffin felt longer that it has to be....

'Why do I have to be the last?....' He questioned himself, he's not the type to get impatient.

Though it was rather boring when you wait while also doing nothing.

'Dire left the ceremony midway.... He probably looked for the magicless human...'

After that thought he felt the coffin he was staying at finally moved, which means it was his turn...

He stopped his casting when he felt his coffin positioned itself.

"Let.the show begin... I guess..." He mumbled, as he watched his coffin open itself.

When the "gate" opened, those who were sensitive with magic felt an enormous wave of mana, making them freeze for a bit.

One student recognize this aura, specifically it was another fae that recognize this.

"Ah, it's been a while since I felt this magic.... Malleus would ecstatic to see who visited the school..." The bat fae muttered to himself, as a small smirk plastered to his face.

Those who don't feel it was indifferent, especially the last person came out of the coffin had a multicolored hair displayed in front of the person...

That person just stood in front of the Dark Mirror, as the eerie mask appeared.

And before the mirror could speak the person raised his hand, to stop the mirror from talking.

"How about wait for the Headmage... He's getting a lost student, but worry not it won't be long... They'll be here in a moment..." The person stated, in a low, calm voice.

After he said that the students watched the person touch his own hair, and that multicolored hair turned to a normal brown hair....

Now that caught attention of many.

The cast looked so plain and simple, yet doing so would cause chaos.

Untrained magic users have a tendency to lose their concentration, and doing so their mind might imagine something else making the spell different.

"Was that illusion?" One of the five students near the dark mirror questioned, looking awed at that.

"It felt off for an illusion..." One with the glasses answered, conflict if it was a simple illusion or something else.

"Probably his unique magic..."

"Though he did sense Crowley would be here, that means he casted was not his signature spell..."

"Well... This is getting interesting...."

The diurnal fae didn't move an inch, or even bother hearing them.

His eyes were staring at the entrance, waiting for someone to get in.

And that waiting paved off when the door busted open.

"I have returned!" The Headmage welcomed himself, as he was followed by another student.

Crowley felt some kind of tension going on in the room, but couldn't pin point what it was.

So he just continued, "And I found the new student who'd failed to show for orientation."

When he arrived near the mirror, he saw that there was someone who was not finished yet.

"Oh? How come this one is still here?" Pointing at the diurnal fae in disguise.

The fae couldn't helped but felt an irked, this man forget how to recognize his own teacher...

Before anyone could speak, Crowley continued.

"Well, go along now, you have to let the Dark Mirror to decide where your designated dorm is-" and the Headmage was cut off by the person he was trying to scold.

"Why are you letting a magicless human enrolled here at a magic school?" This simple question made everyone surprised, especially Crowley.

"E-excuse me?" He stuttered, looking at the human behind him.

"That's impossible! The black carriage wouldn't take a magicless human!" Crowley argued back, but he was interrupted by the mirror itself.

"The fae speaks truth."

Now this is getting out off hand.

First of all, the missing student was magicless. Second, this person was another fae. And lastly, why is there a monster tied in the Headmage grasp?.

Crowley turned his head as quick as possible, looking at the mirror in disbelief.

"But that is absurd! The student selection process has not erred once in its century of existence! How could this have happened?"

As the tension got thicker, it also escalated very quickly.

The small monster in the Headmage grasp, struggled a bit before releasing itself.

A loud gasp the beast let out, as it yelled.

"ME! Let ME have this student's seat!"

"Not so fast, you hyperactive tanuki!" The Headmage shouted back, as the monster readied itself to attack.

"Unlike that human, I can actually use magic! So let me be a student here!" Grim argued back, preparing his attack.

"Look, I'll show you! My spells're the cat's meow!"

One of the five students near them also shouted for everyone to get down.

And with that the beast blasted a massive fire attack.

The fae cast a spell to protect himself, as well for the magicless human...

And with that chaos began.

One of the five students got himself on fire, as the Headmage was demanding to catch tiny monster.

The diurnal fae could feel his disappointment and irritation boiling, as he watched the Headmage yell, students running around, arguing and pushing.

This was indeed a mess.

The magicless human found himself near the fae, though not close enough to reach the fae.

The fae in disguise decided to let them handle the chaos, as he was really not in the mood to help...

And so he watched the two students catch the monster, it was rather comical to see but also somewhat pathetic.

Though even that cat and mouse chase, the red haired male finally caught the feral cat.

Ignoring the speech the boy made, as well the pathetic lie the glasses made...

His attention turned to the Headmage who was gonna blame the “MAGICLESS” human.

"Yuu! Was I not clear that you are expected to take responsibility for your familiar?"

Before Yuu could argue, technically, before ANYONE could respond.

The one who pointed out that Yuu was magicless, the same fae who waited for Crowley to come back.

Just straight up hit the Headmage at the back of his head.

And he put all of his strength there, making Crowley fall.

This made the whole room silent, no one dared to speak.

This fae just hit the Headmage, like who does that?!

I mean sure, he can get into someone's nerve. But hitting the Headmage could lead into a grave consequences.

After the fae hit Crowley, he decided to take his foot off the ground.

He watched Crowley quickly stood up, probably not wanting to embarrass himself, and look at the cause of his fall.

"Wh-what was for young man! That's against the school policy! Hitting a staff could lead to-" Before the Headmage could continue, the fae finally remove his disguise. As well changing his clothes back.

And the fae's expression was not having it.

He was glaring down at Crowley, as you could FEEL the disappointment.

"Dire....." He stated calmly.... Too calm....

And I kid you not, Crowley was too stunned to speak as all he could say was gibberish.

The full appearance was rather a shock.

The students couldn't believe that there's another fae assigned in NRC

But unlike the two fae, this one was different.

His hair was colorful, in fact it looked like it was glowing.

Now they take a good look, this fae was also taller than anyone in here. His ears are also pointier than the two fae, along with the Headmage.

But what caught all of them a surprise, was Crowley shout.

"S-S-SENSEI!"

”SENSEI?!”

•|FUN FACTS|•

• Everyone was surprised by the revelation, even Lilia was surprised. All he knows is that he was teaching someone, but didn't know it was Crowley.

• For a year, Darius taught Malleus magic but it was just a simple control. And it'll be explained more in the future.

• Crowley had a deja vu when he heard Darius spoke, but couldn't point out if it was familiar... He was that forgetful.... (Not really, he just ignore that and pretend it was a different voice. He was in denial.)
